Works well with my 160W pico psu and streacom db4 case using the bundled adapter. One improvement would have been to also include some type of adapter to attach the connector to different types of cases. This could be some type of mount with adjustable screw hole widths. On the DB4 i removed the old mount and just have the cable running through the hole without any screws (used some tape)
